A practising lawyer who’s also a healer – what the hell is this, Ally McBeal? It’s OK, you can keep the animated babies at bay for a mo, because Juliusz W is actually a well-being practitioner of some repute. As well as running a North London healing clinic and fitting in appearances on BBC1 and Five, he also runs corporate healing days for various organisations. This CD is a handy, take-home version of just one of the facets of his work. A gentle, but powerfully guided meditation, this CD provides profound food for thought. It’s also very empowering, as Juliusz himself says on the closing meditation: “There is no magic, and no tricks, the power is all within you.”
