healing for happiness
We are all striving for that elusive quality of "happiness", of "peace",
of
"calm", whatever that means for any of us. For some this can mean having a nice car, our children doing well at school, having a good social life,
enjoying quiet time, being free of stress, being liked.
All of the above are things that may be of importance to us from time to
time, but the enduring quality of happiness that is of a permanent nature
is that which comes from within, our state of being, our acceptance of
ourselves, our being content with ourselves and all there is.
There are many tools and techniques available, many therapists and
"gurus", much advertising suggesting that the purchase of a particular product will bring this elusive element closer.
Many techniques suggest that there are deep mysteries to be unravelled, that years and years of particular practices need to be followed, that money needs to be spent to travel to such and such a place, or to see a particular person.
The simple truth is that none of the above are necessary, although some
may be helpful on the journey of discovery. All the tools that are required for contentment, for happiness, are already within you. All that is necessary is the willingness to explore, to discover, to be prepared to be free.
I am a healer but for me this does not mean that I "heal" people. Nobody
can heal anyone as this all comes from within the self. The body has a remarkable ability to self heal, but every now and again needs a little, or a lot, of help to facilitate this process. I am therefore a facilitator for change, by virtue of the healing ability that I have been gifted with. The results can be life transforming.
In working with healing the body is helped to be brought back into balance, stresses and strains seem to be lifted, all can seem lighter, a deep feeling of peace and calm settles. This is your true state of being, happiness.
Happiness is achievable for you, now. There is no magic, no tricks or mystery - the power is within you, now
