Thoughts for 2005

2004, a year of strife,
pointless war, loss of life,
killing and maiming,
what is this,
why this death, this constant fight.

People struggle to find their peace,
physical health, mind and disease,
illness, and cancer taking a hold,
bereavement and sadness,
when will this tragedy cease.

In the heart of man the answer lies,
oh no it doesn't that person cries,
what is it to do with us,
the sadness, those things,
when a stranger dies.

And so now to 2005,
a new year, a new life,
what will come, what will be,
will there be care and compassion,
or another fight.

A new era, a new time,
peace that comes from the divine,
a source of love, for all
to behold, a gift
for the distressed, a sign.

As we move into that space,
let go of things, the rat race,
consciousness swells, encompassing all,
children growing, peace in their hearts,
mankind moves, a smile on its face.

Love

Love is the essence of it all,

life and happiness, health,

flowing through all that there is

connecting each and everything,

energy, the feel, a beautiful thing.



Feel the beauty, inner worth,

peace and contentment, all within,

see that space in your heart,

breathe in the radiance of that love,

follow your truth, live your dream.



Be in that space for all to see,

see that love in them and me,

when I am here and you are there,

we are as one, love shared

total harmony, balance and peace.



Imagine if all the world could be

in that love individually,

together we would come

as never before,

love to prevail, no more war.

God God, a word, or more, a being, an energy, what do you see, why do you fear, where is the space for your love, hidden, or shown, who are you, within, a spark of God.

Beauty

The beauty of your spirit

shining from within

graces your face,

the whole of your being,

and all that I see

is love.

The Essence Within From here to there I searched for truth and love, honesty, a lifelong trail down many roads, and then I knew, it is within me.

Truth For Life

Listen

to your heart,

feel

the love that is there,

accept

the gift of being,

live

in your place of truth.

Embrace An embrace, arms closed, cold steel, a feeling, of love not given, open your arms, feel warmth, soft, be love.
