Can you tell me what you feel when you heal someone?

When I am healing I feel a complete sense of calm, and my hands go intuitively to where I feel they should. I sometimes feel the heat from them, but not always - I do not feel the other sensations such as cold and tingling, but I am very aware of the flow of energy.

Is there any chance of curing the herpes virus through healing, and which has led to depression?

Healing can help with depression, but it is unlikely to eradicate the herpes virus. This virus resides in the spine and travels along the nerves to attack, often at times of stress, and or by other triggers eg. sunlight, red wine etc. Healing may help to lessen the number, and severity, of outbreaks by increasing general well being and strengthening the immunological system.

I would like to know how distance healing works

Distance healing is sent by the healer focusing on the healing energy (I think of that as love) and focusing on the client and sending that love through the ether. Healing energy travels faster than the speed of light and is received by the client the moment it is sent, no matter where in the world the parties are - I cannot substantiate this last bit as there is no instrumentation sensitive enough to measure it, but the quantum physicists have no problem with the concept, and anecdotal evidence strongly indicates that it works. The energy is then taken up by the client, and helps to promote the body's healing mechanism. A sort of huge kickstart if you like.

I have been receiving distant healing, and it feels that my deep fear is coming to the surface. Why?

Healing brings a lot of change - the feeling of things coming to the surface is normal, and helpful, as in this way it can be released from the body.

Would distant healing be suitable for me - I recently suffered a very close loss?

Distant healing is very gentle, safe and powerful, and is perfect for many people no matter what the difficulty may be. It works well in loss situations, as well as for physical difficulties. Some people prefer hands on work, but it works the same.

Can relaxation and spirituality boost energy levels?

Healing and spiritual awareness have a huge effect on general wellbeing, and which will include increased energy. By working on the self to clear blockages, and maintain free flowing energy through the body, all senses are heightened and strengthened, as are stamina, health and general wellbeing.

Healing also helps to relieve stress, and brings a very deep sense of relaxation. In this place of relaxation and unclutteredness, focus can be had on whatever the mood may take.
